The terms and conditions governing your use of Hope Web Creations services and website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Hope Web Creations website or engaging our digital marketing and web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Hope Web Creations provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, web design and development, and business strategy consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of services are agreed upon in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, access to required platforms and accounts, and ensuring all content provided to us does not infringe third-party rights. Delays caused by late client responses may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance. Project-based work follows milestone-based payment schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created for them, including website designs and content. Hope Web Creations retains rights to its proprietary processes, templates, and methodologies. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement. We do not share client campaign data, business information, or strategies with any third party without explicit written consent.
7. Results and Guarantees
While we apply best industry practices and expertise, we cannot guarantee specific results from digital marketing campaigns or SEO efforts, as outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and client implementation. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimisation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hope Web Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. Project agreements may be terminated in accordance with their specific terms. Upon termination, all amounts owed become immediately payable and we will provide handover documentation for ongoing campaigns.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
